Is this light suitable for a pc grow box

With 4 of those your looking at approximately 78w/sf that's a little high and I'm assuming you'll run into heat issues. Three would be around 58w/sf which would probably be more manageable. You can also cut the diffuser off those led bulbs to give you a little more room. The bases of the bulbs tends to double as a heatsink so make sure it's clear of anything flammable.

Ty that was what i was thinking but there is one more thing the bulb taker u know the light its self only holds 100w do u think it would be ok to use 150w bulbs it would probably heat up

The led bulbs aren't actually 150w they are 19.5w each so you should be ok if the socket is rated for 100w. The light output is the equivalent of a 150w halogen bulb. The socket rating isn't based on ambient temperature necessarily, it has some internal resistance so it will dissipate power in the form of heat. The bulb will dictate the current flowing through the socket and the power dissipated by the socket. So in your case at 100w it can handle around 0.83A assuming 120v source (P=IV).
