Is this lighting error going to cause me any issues?

My plants are in the 12/12 flower stage.
last night while my lights were on i was messing with them and apparently i accidentally flipped my timer from "timer" to "manual" and this has caused the lights to stay on for almost 20 hours now until i just now noticed it.
I have gone ahead and turned the lights back off and the timer on, so that they will come back on for their 12 hour cycle in about 3 hours. i also halfway snapped a main stem on one of them too :(

Is this going to cause me any issues such as them turning hermie?

I would skip the next "day" cycle, then put them back on track with your upcoming "night" schedule. In ither words, dont let lights come on until your next day starts. As far as the snapped branch, splint it up with toothpicks and tape...it should be fine. More than likely buds on that branch will be large.

I would do as previously mentioned and wait the 15 hours then start again. As far as hermies, i've messed my lights up for 4-5 days with no real issues, just lower yields.
