Is this marijuana?

It seems awful thin and lanky to be marijuana, I know there are a number of plants that look almost exactly like marijuana but grow a bit differently.

The leaves don't seem quite right somehow though, as said above the blurriness of the picture makes it hard to tell..

Went back there again to check some of the plants out. Some of them have yellow flowers at the tops of them? Any ideas, I did a quick google search but came up empty handed...

Cannabis does not produce flowers in the traditionally sense (bright pedals of various colors).

It will produce buds, as seen below:

I know it will create buds which is why im confused. I'll take a better picture tomorrow, but if you look closely at the top of the picture it looks like a bud is forming? There are 7 leaves on it but the only thing that is confusing me is the yellow flowers that are coming off some of them.

If the plant barely seen in lower left corner is the same I'd say no... the stem is a Y... pots isn't unless topped... and leaf at bottom right is very serrated..
Better pic would help..... Probably ragweed.......

If it has yellow flowers like you would see popping up on your grass, or wherever- I promise that it is not cannabis.
