I just read you started with a Fem Seed, you are all set!

The only clone you're getting off that is the top. From seed, I usually let them veg for 3-4 weeks and then pinch the very top off. On week four of veg I lollypop the bottoms and pinch all lower tops and let them veg for another month.

You get an ample selection when you lollypop them and you can chose the best stock for the cloning machine - I typically get dozens of candidates per plant at this time and throw dozens of potentials away each time.
