Is this normal for Flowering?

I need to get a PH meter...I've just been using Dasani or AquaFina for this whole grow.
I sit the water out with the cap off and then when its time to water I water her.

So far I haven't had any problems until now....I bought a PH meter but it was accurate...the meter would never move.

I just checked on her...I still see alot of new growth and white and amber hairs

I think I have been over-watering her thats why the leaves are curling under...I'm gonna let her dry a little and see what happens.

Is the new growth growing well and straight? but the old leaves still bent? If so it's what I said it was before.

new growth is a little droopy also....but I did use my moisture meter and it read wet about halfway down in the pot.
