first time growing and all my buds are covered in white but I am paranoid about mildew.

Honestly can’t tell if they’re trichomes or mold. Need some clearer pics to be sure! Is it like white powdery stuff all over that’s NOT trichs? If it is I believe it’s powdery mildew

I thought they were all trichomes 2 weeks ago but recently they took over. starting from the bud. I trimmed up all my leaves in prep to harvest this week, there was nothing odd or mildew like but I worry its infected now..

Yeah, the stuff on leaves that aren’t sugar leaves is PM for sure. Sorry bud

You could try washing it with a H2O2 solution to kill the mold.
