Is this nutrient deficiency???

I am growing 6 plants indoor under t5 lights with ocean forest soil. They are 2 weeks in to flowering and I am having problems. Im using very little big bloom and tiger bloom for right now and I am wondering why they are dying I never had this problem with my previous grow. I appreciate your feedback.

Do you have the correct spectrum for flowering in your t5?
