Is this ok?

is it ok to switch out bulbs during the lights on time. like im switchin it from a 12/12 with 4 w23 daylights to 12/12 with 3or2x23w daylights and 1 42w softwhite?
or will it cuz it stress. the plants just sprouted today but i want a 12/12 from seedling quick grow

Edit: got another question but dont wanna make another thread. my question is would this be ok to do. if i put this y spitter wit a 42w and a 23w on the white lamp u see in the pic or u think it to many watts.i had put pic down below.

No problem changing bulbs, with slight color temperature shift. What causes stress is light during the dark period, or hanging the dawn time.

ight thx bruh going to go put my 42w in cant wait to see the growth they growing fast wit just the w23 so a 42w addition they should grow more.

heres the pic didnt know how to put attachment down when i click edit to edit the msg.and a older pic when i had 2 y splitters on the 2 lamps id just add same w23 u see with the big 42w.
