Is this ok?

so I started a seed in a jiffy peat pellet. I just transplanted today into coco. I think I should of transplanted earlier since the root was all the way down the pellet. The leaves are pointing down. Is this a problem I should be worried about?

Don't over-water them.

Could just be over watering they will always "look sad"when they have been over watered

That's what I was thinking....combination of overwater and not enough air In the jiffy pellet

So my guess is it will self correct now that it is planted in coco coir

Let it dry out. Coco isn't a fix all for overwatering. You can overwater/under aerate in any medium.
