is this organic overkill?

i need to know if i am over doing it, i tend to overdo what ever i do and am new to organics.

once a week i make some special stuff

one handful of fresh worm castings
half an ounce of spt
half an ounce of flower power
one ounce of alaska fish
one ounce of molasses

then i fill the container, with a gallon of water and hook it up to an air pump for 24 hours

i then split it between two plants in five gal pots

and i spritz them with the foliar harmony spray every couple days, but will stop soon due to bud development.

i have been doing this for the last 2 weeks when i started flowering and next week i plan on not using the alaska fish

so let me know if this is wiggity wack or all good

Doesn't seem too escessive to me, but I think I would do the same mixture in 1.5-2 gallons for the watering. It just seems that 1/2 gallon in a 5 gallon pot is not enough I would use the same amount of nutes, but increase the water to 1 gallon per pot so that the solution absorbs into more of your medium and thus more of your root system, and gives your plant the extra water it needs to deal with all those great ingredients.

The SPT should be given by itself. Read some of Ohsgreen's threads on proper usage. Also are you outdoor or indoor?

Cheshireplant.... I use the SPT full strength, weekly, for the first month. I do this, because I do not fertilize the first three weeks. The Homemade Organic Soil, I put together already has more than enough goodies to feed Mary the first three weeks. Then I drop back to use on my watering only week. Everything else on the feeding week.
.
Your ingredients are OK and not excessive. Your plan to stop using the fish emulsion, soon, is a good one, it will prevent an off taste.
.
The SPT can be used weekly, but not really necessary after the first month. After, that first month, your tribe of micro-beasties are established. The small bumps of SPT every other week - keep the tribe ticking right along. Use full strength every other week or half strength weekly is a personal choice - either will work. If you are hydroing - you will need to use the SPT weekly - since you perform reservior dumps from time to time - requiring you to re-establish the tribe.
.
I use nothing but water the last two weeks of flowering. Now, I do have some yellowing of fan leaves that last week, but since I don't smoke um - I don't care. That way I know all the NPK stored in plant tissues are used up, as Mary finishes.
.
Hope this helps....
Keep it Real...Organic.....

thanks for the replies,
it really helps

but check this out, after i posted my question, i busted out my cheepo ph checker, and i am starting to drop below 6.5,

what is the good way to raise ph without hurting the micro organisms?

If you are talking about your nutrient solution being below 6.5 as long as it isn't too far below you will be fine, I usually aim for 6.3 because the solution will slowly raise and then all of the nutrients will uptake properly. If you are talking about the soil being at that level, that seems a bit low but I'm not sure too much that you could do to raise soil once your potted.

Top dress one to three teaspoons of high P guano. One for a small pot, three for a big one. It will ease your pH up over a couple of days.
