Is this overeatered or something else? Leaves curling down

It's a northern light in a mix of coco, soil and perlite.
Temps are at 77 and humidity at 35-40%
Lights are on 24/7
The plant is two weeks old today and noticed the leaves curling. I gave it water on day 10, no phD.
I have pics of the plant before the symptoms and right now.

ok first id transplant into a lil bigger pot now and pretty much when you start see a leaf turning evenly yellow it a nitro def.
