If you can't isolate it, kill it.

yep agree, a bit dark Pic, but Im 99,9% sure, cut the balls off, the plant of course, and keep a eye on the plant (and the rest) over the next week or two, they mostly hermi around week 3-5 later on they might trow out a "banana" with in the Bud`s so keep a eye out for them as well, a few seeds wont ruin anything, but if its massive with 100ish seeds on each plant it will ruin your Yield, on the positive side, if its a Femi plant you get Femi seed`s ( I had one Hermi with out me catching it and got about +50 seeds from that plant and the one next to here (rest only had a few) a bit annoying, and they gave about 30% less then the rest in weight, but Im now on my 23 seed and all so fare have been girls 
must have saved me a bunch of $ and no, non of them have hermi on me, reason why the fist one did, I believe is do to some late super cropping a week in to 12/12 or so
