yeah i agree in a way.....IMO, i would wait maybe 2 more weeks. but really you can send it to budding right now and expect your plant to atleat dubble in size. so the longer you veg, the more bud your gonna get in the end

looks good so far.. you can flower whenever you want to, but i like to wait till i see one of two things, or both.. like the person above said, i like to wait till i see alternating nodes, or when i see preflowers.. this tells me that the plant has reached sexual maturity and is ready to flower.... this will give you the best yeild and put the least amound of stress on the plant.. forcing a plant to flower before its ready to me is kinda like getting a 13 year old pregnant.. she can carry a baby and all, but its not gonna be the best thing for the baby.. waiting for the girl to graduate atleast hs or even college and have a good job before getting her pregers will always be better for both the parent and the baby..

its all relative to your height restrictions.

keep in mind that your plant will double, but most likely triple in height after you throw her in 12/12.

i dont have a lot of head room, so i thro all my girls in flower when they are about the height of this one

sure you can, but check the kelvin rating of the bulb that your using.. you will want a 6500k for flowering and a 2700k for veg.. the more watts, the better of course..

theres way too many factors that play into yeild to make a good call on it.. strain, feeding, watering, stresses, lighting, heat, etc etc etc all play major factors into yeild.. but i would go as far as to say that you would only get around half of watt you would get if you were to wait a few more weeks untill she reaches sexual maturity..
