i've read that you should harvest when half of the hairs coming from the buds are brown . . . well on one of my plants half of the hairs coming from the buds are brown. does my plant with half of the hairs coming from the buds that are brown look ready to harvest? thanks for helping me with my plant where half of the hairs coming from the buds are brown.

sorry about your OCD! if you're being serious! :) I know a few people that deal with it. its tough even though some think its silly!

anyways, I wouldnt even know what to tell you on your harvest since im still on my first grow myself and am still a month and a half or so from any sign of harvesting. Im sure someone will be able to give you a good answer though!

haha no the ocd is sort of a half joke . . . i used to have some pretty bad triggers but after overcoming a meth addiction the triggers have mostly disappeared (except for when im managing cables and tie wrapping computers at work but i sort of enjoy it)

u should harvest when half thrichome are past 50% brown
and thrichomes arent hairs
its the little bubble on the sugar leafs
ur hair should be all brown or so when finish\
anyway\

yes. a loupe. they sell a 60x-100x at radio shack for $9.99 and it takes 2 AAA batteries (so maybe $3-4 for those if you dont have any) thing works GREAT!! and you wont find a loupe cheaper except maybe on ebay but then you gotta wait! :P

thanks . . . that's about what i estimated but then i saw all this brown shit and started worrying because i've never read up on or constructed anything required for harvesting and drying/curing. i thought i'd have to study all night or somfin
