Is this Silver widow ready??

Hey guys, got myself some silver widow that I've been growing couple months now. It's a 60 day flower but first time a grew out the mother (now running clones off her) I harvested at day 60 and honestly didn't seem ready.
So I want to get some opinions on here before I make the same mistake.

Do you have a loupe or a microscope to get a closer look at the trichs? Everyone has their preference for harvest time, but a closer look is always valuable.

And when you say the first harvest didn't seem ready, what was it? Taste? Effect? Yield?

Yes I do, and I was looking at them last night. Have about 25-30% milky tricks.

The effect, it would start out strong but wouldn't last long

Is the duration of the effect the result of strain genetics? I grew a NL once that was a mind fuck for about an hour, and then barely noticeable. I passed some clones to a friend, and he got the same result. It was simply the pheno. I'm just wondering if it could be the same situation here.

If you have 25-30% milky trichs, I would just keep watching them over the next 7-14 days, and once you have a little amber showing (or a lot, depending on preference), then lights out for that lady.
