Is this soil okay?

I have a big bag of hillview organic soil in my garage. It says its a premium mix of soil and peat moss, and great for indoor plants.

Would this be good to use for my grow from seedlings all the way through flower

should be fine....if there is no perilite in it mix in 20%
no actualy, it wont be enought to start seedlings and finish with plants. period. you will need fertalizers to feed your plants, they dont live on water and they will sorb all the nutrients in that soil no problem, give them less than 1 month and they will suck that soil dry.

plain and simple, go out and buy some all-purpose and bloom enhancer fertalizers (make sure they have all trace minerals needed....). they will last you a long time and bring up your sucess rate massively.

BTW just for good measure, if there is no perlite mix it 60/40 peat to perlite. the roots will love you and you will harvest more because of it.

Sounds fine to me but yeah, like Corbat420 said, the plants would devour all the nutes before the veg cycle is even half way over.
I would suggest Jiffy Plugs to start them. this is what I use for my soil grow

make sure to label (if you have known strains) I use tooth picks

You can get everything here for under a $100 and it really does make a remarkable difference in growth rate and overall plant health.
........If you are daring/ broke (or both) you can use ALASKA fish emulsion from wally world. It worked great for me but it's better suited for outdoor applications noting that it smells horrid [no carbon filter will remove the smell of rotting fish]. It's $10 a quart and the plants dig it. Like I said the Botanicare is great but if you're strapped for cash go for the fish.
