Is this sprout healthy?

Let's put it this way: it's not the best looking seedling I've seen.

It looks like it came up with the shell still on. This can happen if seeds are planted too shallow, sometimes it just happens though. Good news is I see what appear to be true leaves there. That considered it still has a good chance of surviving, just leave it alone and let it do it's thing.

Thanks, those true leaves gave me some hope too. I just gave it a light spray of water and left it alone. This is my first time. Appreciate the input
