You said you were growing in coco. Should be fed nutrients at least once a day to runoff at that size. Never should be given plain water. pH should be between 5.5-6.5, you're already over the high side there.

Yeah coco and clay.. really I did that at the start and it didn’t go so well I’ve got run off trays so this is my schedule I generally feed them every 2 to 3 days with a water in between not all the time just when there dry up until now it was looks really healthy the other girls are healthy just seems to be..this one in particular struggling ..cheers for the advice I’ll back off the ph and cut out the water and see if that helps

I just re read the thread lol nah not soil feed is 6.8 I’ll back it off n cut the water see how she goes

Don't pull off yellow leaves. If the problem continues, those are the leaves it'll affect first. Better them than green leaves. They'll eventually fall off anyways.

Coco should be fed pH'ed nutrient solution between 5.5-6.5 with 5.8 is the target pH of your nutrient solution. 6.8 is too high for coco.

With soil i wouldn't feed until they look a little hungry. That depends on the soil, but it normally has enough nitrogen to last a good few weeks.

In terms sof defoliation in veg... not a bad idea as it encourages better branching.
