Is this stress from repotting? Leafs pointing up and slight curling.

I have a CFL grow, the light is about 2 inches away from the plants. I transplanted them into bigger pots yesterday and changed the soil from Miracle Grow Seed Starter, to Sta-Green Moisture Max soil. I gave them about 1/2 a cup of water since first couple inches of soil were dry. The soil is still moist and this is only happening to 2 of 6 of the plants.

anyone got any advice?

sometimes they will curl up when too much light or heat is on them, so check temps first. i doubt its a nutrient issue as they dont need much for quite a while, much meaning hardly any(whats in the seed/starter soil).

ive had seedlings respond like the pics to too much light, are these two getting more than others?

I started them off in MG Seed Starter, and I just transplanted them a day before this started happening. I have 2 23watt cfl's as close to the seedlings as possible, so I know it's not to much light. Could it just be them stretching for more light?

They also need to be watered in well with ALL the medium saturated, not little 'sips' in just the middle of the pot. Then allow to dry. For that size plant in that size pot, 4-5 days, minimum.
