Is this suppose to happen to a marijuana plant?

hi, i'm growing my first baby... ill take more pics in the morning cause its night where i am... idk if this is a good thing or bad thing. but is has flower flower pedals, and i see white pistils too. i read in the forum about white pistils, but i didnt see any flowers on anyones plant.

What did the seed look like?? This is awesome.... I want to plant a bunch of those in random places in my city - like city hall for example. hahaha
