Is this the seedling starter happy frog everyone refers to?

I'm using FFOF but everyone says start with happy frog and I finally found it local

yep that the stuff,ive used happy and ocean love them both,ive even used ocean all the way,no problems ,dont need to feed nutrients for 4 weeks,i like both mixed together and add perlite have had great success,i had one strain that couldnt handle ocean in seedling ,so i use happy till i transplanted from solo cups ,straight to ocean.both great soils ,all garden soils have a perfect mix of perlite already in for air,they claim,i add another 20%.question is do you feel comfrtable using one or the other,if not mix um .happy frog can take you all the way too,your gonna feed nutrients anyway,just a tip on these nutrients if you use soil buy soil nutes and dont kill yout micro's
