So, now that've you finally answered that question, it follows that you'd have to agree none of us have the right to force a person to serve us against their will, just like others don't have the right to make us serve them. It's pretty simple.
Okay back to your dumping trash question. It depends. Do you own the road you'd be using to get there? It's not a public road and can be challenging going for guys who's toughest jobs have been pilfering oranges and folding laundry.

The problem with your question is it defaults to an assumption that whenever government is involved in something, any offensive force they wield doesn't count.
It's an incorrect assumption often made by people such as yourself who propose that an imposed authoritarian government, which is really just oppressive people masquerading as "authority" , can also be the bringer of "equality". That is self evidently impossible, by virtue of the presence of an imposed hierarchy..
People are under threat of offensive force if they
a) don't get permission to use their property as they see fit prior to opening a business
b) fail to abide by the edicts of government if/when they do open a business
So, now that I've answered your question can you tell me how one party forcing an interaction on another unwilling neutral party is how equality is created?
