It doesn't really look like it to me. It's hard to be sure from the pics, but mycelium is usually bright white, and that looks more gray. Mycelium is usually denser also Could be spider web mold. Wait a couple of days and see how it develops.

The spores almost always start germinating at the bottom of the container as thats where most of the moisture is, And the collor is way to dark.

I would at the very least confine it untill your shure
