should be absolutely fine if you pay the bills. i've got over 600w of audio visual gear running in the attic,let alone my grow stuff. you can't get arrested for using too much electricity, sure they might pay notice, in which case, just have a cover such as you've installed a new killawatt psu into your new 3Ddesign rendering server or whatever.
