Is this typically cal/mag deficiency?

If I'm not mistaken the little Brown spots on the lower fan leaves indicates that this is a calcium magnesium deficiency. But I water with 6.5 ph tap water and even added a 1/4 strength Cal/mag last watering. Spots were there before the cal/mag feeding, I thought that would of fix it but it didn't.
And my four other plants on the exact same feeding cycle are showing no signs of any sorts of deficiency.20191008_053930.jpg

Have a look at the underside of the leaves.
calcium deficiency will show a dent in the leaf on the opposite side of the brown dots.

and once you have calcium damage to you leaves, it is permenant. It’s now the parts of the plant that haven’t got the brown dots you want to keep an eye on.
