Is this useless?

Hey guys a friend of mine is bringing me a light next week. Long story short his med card got denied and he’s not going to grow. He was going to start with this light. He’s giving it to me so I can’t complain but I’m just wondering if this will work at all for Cannabis. Right now I’ve just got a two foot t5 panel so maybe this will be a little upgrade? Is it good for one plant even?

No I wouldn't say useless by any stretch... But that will only give you so much coverage. What's your grow space? I've had good luck with these:
