My enemies enemy is my friend

Deciding, in 2006, on regime change in Syria ensured the rise of an Islamic caliphate.

Note the date. Civil war broke out in 2011

That's five years of funding, arming and assisting Assad's enemies.

Playing war games, brainstorming the likely outcome of their intervention, they decided that the rise of an Islamic caliphate was a price worth paying

Thank you Edward Snowden for bringing this to the attention of the world.

We are simple creatures, we like star wars good versus bad. Religion, exactly the same. Football, we pick our team and support it come what may.

We like simple, us versus them. People struggle to get their heads around the fact both 'sides' can be pure evil....and when it comes to Isis and the USA this is the case.

That war in Afghanistan meant control of a shit load of drugs, profits of which fund black ops and regime change.

Al Queda, that was why you went into Afghanistan eh...but when they fucked off into Pakistan the allied forces stayed where the drugs were.

...and don't start me on Iraq!
