Issue with a seedling

So I just lifted up my humidity dome and noticed that one of seedlings is bent to the side.

Is this normal is there an issue? Could it be over/underwatered? I know that it's very stretched because I'm using 26w CFL's to grow, but none of my other seedlings have bent to the side like this. Any thoughts?

problem is, my "grow room" isn't really set up ideally... I have 1 large 5 gallon pot that is directly under the majority of my CFL's (4 of em) and then I have my humidity dome right next to it. It's only about 6" from those lights. I also have 3 more CFL's at the top of my grow room that are more just to provide ambient light. Maybe I can rig something up to fix it...

EDIT: Ok, I rigged up some lights directly over the humidity dome so hopefully that helps. For now, should I just leave the seedling alone and see if it corrects itself, or should I just pot it and bury a lot of the stem?

I would probably try to bury it up a bit. You can also use wire ties or something to try and support it until it gets stronger. If your stem is weak you will have problems later when buds start to get big.

Kabob Stick. in the ground. they work great for this. and yea move the light closer, so it stops stretching as much.
