Had a similar issue but when I started using CalMag and pHed to 6.5 (soil), new growth looked healthy. Zoom in to check the spots.20201210_140807.jpg

Omg that’s literally same exact spots! Some of my other plants that are the same age have similar colored spots only on the lowest leaves like yours, my older plants have nothing, just weird since I feed everything the same, I have been adding about 50-60% strength cal mag to my water almost every time so very weird I was going to skip the cal mag this next watering, my PPM out the sink is 300-400 so I’m not sure how to tell if I need it or not all my other plants look great except one of the sour patch Kiss is very droopy and light green the other 2 are fine very very strange

I'm still a newbie but for sure I now know that each plant is different, even when they're the same strain. My other plant ALSO had the same spots but CalMag and high pH (Cal and Mg like it around 6.5 - 6.7 I think) saved me. Take a look and zoom in. Peace.20201211_160833.jpg

Keep in my mind that if the rust spots "rub off" in your hand, they could be rust fungi. I hope it's just CalDef. Peace.

Your food should be 4-500 ppm calmag 150ppm plus your tap which is shitty.so 900 ppm.

Im using tap water, every time I check it’s around 7.6ph and 300-400ppm without touching anything that’s straight out the sink

This is why I always say one should always practice preventive medicine when it comes to magnesium and calcium as those are the two most prevalent deficiencies that incur in cannabis plants. So for me, from day one, I add 4ml ca/mg+ and 1/2 tsp of epsom salt to every gallon of water or feed, and I guarantee you if you do that you won't every have to worry about a magnesium or calcium deficiency again!

You had 100% success doing this and for how long have you been doing it? I also wanted to try it and when I asked here, people told me that the epsom I used(being 32% MgO) would lock out the calcium. Also, you recommend this for soil and autos? Cheers.
