It just keeps getting worse each grow - same strain

There's a ton of your problem right there. You are chopping extremely early. Nothing is done in 6 weeks of flower.

Also your first grow, the best, had abysmal humidity. Would look to improve on training, LST, spread them out better. Also fix that humidity issue
My tri pics when I pulled at 6 wks 2 days

Don't even bother looking at trichomes closely until at least week 8 or 9. And even then, come up with a more comprehensive standard to determine when to chop and hold off if any doubt at all about ripeness.

I don't care about trichomes. If you have amber that early it's from physical damage. Share a full plant / cola picture from just before harvest. I guarantee it's not ready. All good, live and learn.
2 days before harvest
sorry about light

I believe not done. I cant explain trichome showing done 3 grows in a row . I take mutipal samples, from mutipal plants and see cloudy filling up and staring orange over few day period so I pull them.

As previously stated, you pulled them down right during the time when the plants put on weight.....that being around the 6 week mark. Forget even looking at the trichomes until at LEAST 8 weeks. Be in no hurry.

Your yield will become much much much better with 10 weeks of flowering.

I don't know what to tell you, other than they are not ready. Stop harvesting based on trichomes, it's apparently ruining your work.

It's blurple, not plurple. You might have looked up the wrong light. You're trying to help but you're also wrong.

It's a 520w draw light.
