It may get very expensive to grow MMJ in Rancho Cordova

Imagine if you have a 5x5 MMJ grow in Rancho Cordova which is inside Sacramento County ,California , and having to pay $15,000 annual tax fee to have that personal MMJ grow. The new tax measure that passed recently won't be paid, and I doubt anyone is going to pay it and I don't blame them. Here's the news link>
