It's growing to tall

I got a female and she's 2 weeks into flowering. When i first started flowering her she was about 7 inchs and now 2 weeks later shes hitting about 21 inchs, so i average about an inch every night. But i only have 11 more inchs til she hits the top i was tryin to keep her shorter and fatter but she seems to keep grow height wise! IS there anyway to make her stop growin in height and start growing her fatter???? PLEASE HELP!!!

your lighs might be to far what are you using. also cloud always tie it down some

I'm using 8 CFLs, i got about 15000 Lumen for her, she sits only about 4 inch away from the lights, I actually have one more question Is it safe to cut off the leaves and their little stems i see others do it so i was just wondering???

yes , just bend the top down gently and tie it in place you will be happy with the results, yes tie it down
