grow 4 and i thought it was going well, had the same problem with my previous 3 grows (although a lot sooner and a lot worse...) coco grow, vegged for about 4 weeks under 400w mh, flipped to 12/12 400w hps 13 days ago, leaves turning like this again:

got 6 plants (4 x white skunk and 2 x big bang) in a 1m x 1m x 2m tent, temps mid 70's, ph is around 5.8-6, only 2 of the white skunk are currently affected...... seems it could be a number of things looking here - any ideas? i feel like giving up, really thought i'd nailed it this time round....

Since the problem repeats itself, I would attribute it to an environmental versus nutrients problem. The leaves look wind burned to me. Are they dry and a little brittle? Do you have a fan blowing right on the plants? Depending on where you live this time of year can dry out the plant pretty quickly, especially if you're heating with forced air. If your intake air is very low in humidity it can have almost a "clothes dryer" effect and it hits the fan leaves first. I have had to actually add a inline humidifier ( similar to one installed on heating systems) to stop the problem in larger grows.

I would place a small humidifier outside your tent set on low aimed at your intake fan to cure the problem. You may have to set on a timer to come on once an hour or so. Happy growing!
