just tried to look it up couldnt find it what states are no longer doing raids and does it mean they wont raid anyone??? i dont get it

the medical marijuana states, and it means they wont raid people obeying state law. Before, even though medical marijuana is legal, the DEA would still randomly raid co ops and grow ops because its still against federal law.
