I've taken to calling marijuana popcorn when I need to talk in "code"

I had a neighbor in his late 30s, who was stuck in the 80s. He just smoked weed and did coke.

Somehow, long ago, he started referring to weed as "Elvis tapes", like cassette tapes.

Like, "I have that Elvis tape for you"


But at times he would even shorten that code, while yelling from his balcony to me in an apartment complex....

"HEY! I got that E for you!"
or
"Got any E I can buy from you??"

Kinda defeated the purpose of code.
 
you just blew your codeword.
Think the people listening to your wiretap aren't following your online activity?
 
i hate to break it to ya, but popcorn is like mid-grade weed, also its the small buds that don't get to big when you harvest so you'll have to find another one. elvis tapes? lol thats hilarious. i don't have a code word for weed but for getting high i say "freshin up"

I know the term, I've used it for the tiny buds on the bottom of the plant, and Ive heard it refers to a quality of bud in the Texas area...but it's not like I'm saying "dank" or "dro" lol.
 
only in texas, people say its popcorn but its really swag. i've seen and had popcorn, and its hard to come by. i can get dro like no one's business and get dro at that. but corn nope. but to me its either dro or swag.... i need to make more connections

Pizza dude...

it only gets confusing when you're smokig and eating pizza too lol

my dad being a fisherman orders in terms of fish... You use types of fish to indicate size, quality etc.
 
your a funny guy sharpies! that pizza concept is pretty smart, but when i talk to my buddy about getting weed i usually step outside and talk to him. 2 of my roommates don't like weed and unfortunately know i do it. i'm about to buy a bong and will prolly have to keep it in my trunk, because they don't know the meaning of privacy. but when i talk about smoking i do use code words, i have to

I would just not buy a bong. Or get one of those compact pipes that hit like a bong (like a Budbomb). Which is worse? Roomates finding a bong in the apartment? Or cops finding a bong in the car? Granted, trunks lock, but it still seems too risky to me.

Plus you gotta go out to your car for it every time, then clean it, and put it back in your car :P
 
don't have a code word for bud. but for getting high, me and an ex came up with "getting lost" cuz thats what we did once when we were high. and it actually caught on for a little while, cuz i heard some dudes who i didn't know using it. i knew they were talking about getting high, and not actually getting lost, because one guy then said he would bring by a "rolled up map" later to the other guys house, lol. kinda cool that a term i created had caught on for a little while.
