Jack's and -50%Cal-Nit +50%Epsom for flower?

In the last couple weeks of flower, and I'm wondering if it is worthwhile when running just jacks 321 ( 5-12-26 ) to reduce cal-nit 50% and increase Epsom salts 50%. I wanted to increase sulfur, and reduce nitrogen, but am not sure if this is a reasonable ratio. I'm running 1/4 strength Jacks mix overall because of it is going through Blumat drippers to coco. Next round might be running a bit more concentrated at this same point, currently dodging nutrient burn from going overboard.

Nope, I took the lack of responses as another indication that it was probably a low quality noobie plan. Did not look into it much more, so still not sure though.

Jacks 321 standard recipe %80-100 strength, clone to finish, works fine though either in Blumats or sprayers. I run the drippers faster now and sprayers hit 4 times a day. Running smaller fabric pots with a higher runoff ratio is helping reduce salt buildup. Looking into doing more dry backs in flower, maybe try drying back one day a week in flower, not sure? Not many additions yet, all IPM: Garden Friendly Fungicide, Sanidate, SA-20, BTI and Gnatrol. Added CO2 system. Planning to spray or with AgSil or some form of silicate.

Trying to improve feedings a bit but I have not figured out what is most worthwhile yet?

This can be used by Jacks 321 users, as the Megacrop 2Part formula is a virtual copy of Jacks.

Hmm.
Jack's? Switch to Jack's Citrus and run it 1/4 tsp per gallon. START TO FINISH.

Skip the Epsom as that CITRUS has has plenty of added S.

This is in a quality soil.....

This is a well used formula for some stand out Jack's grower's from CO.

I probably will end up doing grow stage based ratios at some point. That would be a bit complex for me at the moment, too many plants at different stages sharing a res. I'll keep it on the back burner, about to replumb most everything.

I have been planning to try some soil next year, getting a shed/shop built (using straight coco for now). Thanks for the tip though, I'll use it soon!

Works in hydro applications at this ratio too. As long as your doing your Mg amending for the Coco.

Been doing a priming soak for new coco with calmag and 1/2 strength nutrients. Should I be dosing calmag with the feedings?

Yup. 5ml per gal. Use a Cal/Mag that is Cal Carbonate based, not Cal Nitrate based.

G&H's CALi MAGic is a good choice.

Good coco buffer techno info here. I need to read it a few more times myself. Lol
