Id waste my time on calling bullshit on the last couple posts (well not anymore but the last couple before the one right above this), but I generally am just ignored by you guys when I take the time to point out all the right wing fucknuts getting arrested for their use of the social justice protests to do violence in our cities.
Here's a link from the local news about the few they did arrest. Might open up your view.

“We’ve heard the same rumors, whether it be ‘antifa’ or any other outside groups that are trying to organize,” Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker told News 8 Tuesday. “There’s absolutely no evidence whatsoever that any of them are organized, driven, had anything to do with any of these outside groups.”

I assume your talking about me. That's totally cool. You can imagine it was all hard line, right wing, whites. Im sure some were. But I know for fact what I saw.

You must have me confused with someone else.
'All' is a bullshit quantifier.

Those links don't prove anything. The people tearing up the city were camped out downtown. They had barbecues and food carts etc... They were not right wing.

These are the people that were causing the damage.

Oh wow you got a picture of one black guy in a sea of white people looking all violent!

Funny enough you tried this one once before too as an example of how it can't be right wing provocateurs causing the damage that eventually pulls in others.

But I did see this one too and it is more edited coverage.

I am looking for the next bit I found of this incident that had a bunch of white dick heads rising the plywood off and trying to light it up. But again it really doesn't matter if you want to believe that it wasn't the same people who have been radicalized by right wing hate mongers, who were shown time and again to be the ones getting actually convicted of using the protests as cover to do their terrorist attacks, because you bought into the spam about ANTIFA/BLM/ or whatever else it has been sold as.

Why do you think that this statement by a Republican prosecutor would change my mind? Is he one of the ones standing up to the big lies that the vast majority of the Republicans in our state are pushing?

It would be interesting to know how many of them consumed right-wing disinformation. One layer in, the randomness might resolve into something more directed.
These are poor young kids from the city. I would bet against you and say most supported BLM more than they would right wing anything.

Is that only when you were proven wrong? When I mention it was a mix of political views, skin color, or any other factor we can label each other by, I was called bull shit. Both-sides argument gets shot down every time I mention it. Though, I still stand by that.

Bullshit. You’ve posted pure MAGA.

(edit) sorry. This is not the case. I remember trying to talk nomenclature with you and got my categories of idiot confused. I retract my calumny.
You’re probably thinking about @Fogdog accusing me of such because they didn’t like what I said in that thread. No need to rehash.

No it is because I have said it time and again. Like in that other post I took the time to try to talk with you about it that you ignored.

It is because it is bullshit. Show me one of these 'riots' that was set up by a Democrat. Show me one that people were waving around Biden/Democrat flags.

Stand by it all you want, maybe one day though you will wake up to the big lies that are sold to people to get them to believe them.

We do enjoy shooting down dishonesties. Attacking “both sides” matters because it is being used as a radicalization tool.

As you can see from the article, this was not organized. They were local and most young. And from the pic, you can see there were different races involved.

I never blamed democrats of setting this up.

I really don't care who supported who or what. The vast majority of the rioters in Portland are not right wing.

The bottom line is that if you riot and vandalize you're part of the problem.

I don't need people that probably have never even been to Portland to tell me who the rioters were. Everyone that lives here knows who they were.

Most people don't even know the protest history in Portland which goes back decades. There are books written about it. The same crowd was rioting back in 2000 for the May Day protests. It's a hotbed for protests and the locals come out in force. Anyone with any knowledge of the city, the people, and the culture here would know that. This crap is nothing new. What was new was the length of time it went on. But it was the same players as always and they were here long before trump. BLM, George Floyd, etc... People have been tearing things up around here a long time.

Then what was the cause of this? Happened after a BLM protest, fact. What "side" would you blame it on? Because it cant be both sides, right?

I would blame neither, but I will continue to point out that this would never have happened if the BLM protest didn't happen that very day.

Never happened before or after that day.

I’ve declared on this.
I explain your second-to-last sentence as false flaggers coordinating. And the rest of it as see-no-evil.

Sorry, but why did you bring me into this discussion? What is it about and what am I accusing you of?
Old thread- I mentioned the “MA” in “MDMA” stands for “methamphetamine” and y’all jumped all over me about it, and you accused me of being a Trumper. I’m not too proud to say it kinda hurt, so yeah, throwing it back your way. BUT, irrelevant. Just hate being accused of bs without reason. I’d like to think we’re on the same side, but it’s hard when people take to the same kind of snap/false judgements they hate so much from the “other” side. End rant

No most of the ones arrested were likely randoms.

That is not the same thing as what you wrote.

Yeah Patriot Prayer, Proud Boys are really just figments of my imagination and just a small part of the people actually doing the damage. I don't buy it.

No way that dickhead would be white terrorists could use all those radicalized kids to blend in and do damage to your city.

I do agree with you about rioting is not protesting though.

No question Portland is a totally different situation. Your cops have been beating up protesters for a very long time.

False flaggers coordinating? Got it.

Says a GOP'er from Grand Rapids. No way that they are just trying to keep the Trump/Republican lie hidden. It is not like Republicans would lie to the news to sell their agenda or anything.

I do jump to wrong conclusions, so I'll take your comments my being wrong about your political stance as fact.

Do we have to go back to discussing organic chemistry nomenclature? Methamphetamine isn't the same as 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine. It's not. Insisting on an alternate reality IS a characteristic of Trumpers, Not saying you are, just trying to explain how I got it wrong.

So, my apologies and I look forward to further dialogue.

“Little Beirut”, I heard ‘twas called back in time by some conservative politician.
Edit: not sure exactly what that title was supposed to mean…

No GOP here. I have said it before I am a conservative moderate, voted for Obama twice actually.

But I guess if I don't walk around leaning left, I would be considered MAGA by most of you.

Damnit, nooo rehash!
… but, curious, what does the “MA” in “MDMA” stand for?
;)
edit: actually just nevermind.
