Wanted to post a look at what I did thread. Made some hash last night from jar shakins I have been collecting for a year. Thought it came out all right, nice color and texture. Basically second time to make it first time by myself. Made a few other runs with trimmings to.

Well done.

Did you only use bubblebags? Any total weight (also on trim/shakings if you got those numbers)?

Thanks for the positive responses.

The jar shakins that is pictured I didnt weigh but it yielded 10.3 grams and all together yielded 32.8 grams of hash. Still has to dry a little though. And the other two runs averaged about two-three inches maybe of nice clean trimmings out of an average paper sack. and the bottom one pictured didnt have a lot to begin with.

Chem dog -----------7.8
jar shakins ----------10.3
bubba---------------9.9
pre 98 bubba --------4.8

I used bubble bags and ice. The one thing I made sure to do is flush out my work bag with a lot of water to get all of the goodies out of that before I poured that bucket into my collection bags in another bucket. I actually used an incredible amount of water to do this compared to the first time I did it. I took my time and rinsed all the bags really good to get all of it. And if my collection bucket got filled to high with water I took my vac and sucked out the water between the last bag and the bucket so I could rinse some more as I went. Also when the water got down a bit in the bag I was working in the collection bucket I would take it off of that bucket and put it on the other bucket I had and wait for it to finish draining out of the bag and do a final rinse and the water in that bucket. I did this because I had to much water in the collection bucket and you want the bag to drain of course. Then I would take that water and pour it into the next bag in my collection bucket not to waste anything.----------------

did that make sense I mention two buckets because the first time I did it we only had one bucket and two is a lot easier to do this. And compared to the first time (a few gallons) I used about eight gallons of water a run which was nice so you can rinse everything really good.

The two good grades in the middle row is on the left. And that is some dairy queen hash that I cant wait to get at. The top one is like a grape god I grew and the bottom is chem dog I think but idk.

Wow, I am a little jealous thank you for sharing that with us! If you could guesstimate how much trim was used all together for that yield? 1/2 pound?

cool nice job. I was making BHO and I started making hash with the ice water and bubble bags. I like it alot more than the BHO.
