Yes, the buds will feel damp after you put them in the jars,(you might have wanted to dry them longer, I like to dry mine untill the outside feels crispy, but the stems are still plyable and dont snap when bent) You will need to open the jars and rotate the buds a few times everyday for the first week. Once the buds become cured (evenly dryed) you can leave them in the jars untill your ready to smoke them.

Correct. They say, that it is best when the moisture level is about 10%-15% of total mass. Well it is almost impossible to measure that.
But when at that stage keep the lid closed and vacuum sealed if possible, and store in a dark dry room with cool temps, below 70 if possible.
And when ready or should I say need to smoke open up and enjoy.
From what I have heard that if done properly, herb is best between 3-6 months of cure. Some have been known to open a jar that has been put away for a few years and it is just like it has been 6 months cured.
I have yet to put enough away for that length of time before I am in need. But hopefully I will be able to hide a small jar from evcery crop to test myself.
hey guys i have my buds in jars for curing
i put them in the jars when they were brittle on the outside
now a day laer they are all soft and kinda wet again
is this supposed to happen?
Thats so funny same thing happened to my friend.Yes that happens, read the curing section, A buddy of mine just destroyed his entire first grow. Maybe 5 or 6 oz. by neglecting his jars. You have to care for them correctly.
you know what's sick? I actually felt relieved about it. I been growing all these years and get kinda good at it and he just slaps together a systems and grows these mondo healthy plants on his first grow in 20 years, I was downright jealous, I couldn't believe how easy he was making it look. Curing is a super critical art if you want the dankest buds on the block and it takes time.
