Sharksbreath! Under 12/12 since 2/12. It seems she has become a mutant of sorts...the stem is like 2 stems fused together. I've seen this before, but not on a female I don't think.

so nice , thats it , you got nice buds ,thats it you know i need to do what ever some of you guys are doing on this forum thats it.... lol ... looking really good...

i jus do not know what to say...
but out of all of them,im a big reserva privada fan, that sour diesel is lookin righ on jerry, and the smoke makes up for
the yield.

no shortage of colas on the NYC diesel, Dayum! How are you liking those space queens? That sour OG is lookin dense. enjoy your weekend Jerry :joint: farmer

what was your wet yeild of that sexy female?

I don't weigh the wet plant material, and seldom do I weigh the dried buds either. Sorry.

Cool, looking forward to that screen update. When you say "tie/bend," are you referring to supercropping? Or the bend created from the LST? We're thinking of supercropping a few of our branches, probably the ones that want to stretch more than the others.

We topped two of our plants in our last grow, but these methods seem to work better for us too.

Both. You can see in some of the pictures I supercropped the lower branches, tied them down, and tucked them under the screen. I always find the supercropped branches eventually straightens out unless you tie them down. It is effective and easy to do.

Thanks genuity. I've only had the RP OG Kush before, and it was awesome smoke, just a little stretchy in flower. These Sour Diesels appear to be similar beasts, and I'm very much looking forward to them.

Thanks farmer. The SQ are looking quite promising, and also quite tall. All three look and smell different, so that's fun.

And the Sour OG #4 is quite dense :weed:

Hey not to sound ignorant but i have a bubba kush that i am pretty sure has some purple in the pheno but how early do you start to see the color in yours with the purple color? also around what temp do you grow and do you think that affects the color? my bubba kuush is only about 2 weeks from seed and the undersides of the leaves have a purple hue to them is this maybe a mold or would it be in the genetics.....also i veg in the high 60s to low 70s

I typically see color anytime after 4 weeks 12/12. Temp definitely affects coloring, as my night temps have dipped into the upper 50's on a couple occasions. Usually I keep day temps around 78 and night around 68, though recently I've been experimenting with raising the night temp to 75 in an attempt to reduce stretch during the first couple weeks of flower.

Hey Jerry, absolutely beautiful plants. Much respect. I just wanted to add that I recently added a heater at night to even out the temps and noticed a huge difference in reduced stretch and perhaps a corresponding increase in bud growth. It just seems right that keeping that root zone temp up at night keeps their metabolism churning along too. Hope it works out well for you.

so i see your running alot of cali con strains now, how many did u buy cents there regs at 15 buck X)

I got 4 each of the Tahoe and Sour OG, of which I got 2 females each. I also got 3 Deadhead OG Pick and Mix. I got full packs Original Sour Diesel and Jamaican Me Crazy. I really want that Larry OG, but I want the that Pre-98 Bubba BX more.

Speaking of the Sour Diesel and JMC, my male/female ratio seems to have caught up with me a bit (after starting 5 RP Sour Diesel, 3 Space Queen, and 3 Querkle and getting 1 SD male and 1 Querkle male). Of the 4 Sour Diesel I started, 2 are female (I think/hope) and two are definite males. I started 2 JMC, of which both turned out to be Triploids and both turned out male. So I've had 3 triploid plants from Cali Connect and all three have been male. Have yet to see a triploid female plant.

Sorry jerry i know that you know what you are doing and i like your style so looking for your info specifically so please dont be upset because i posted this in your post but just wondering what you would do.....Thanks in advance

So this is new equipment i got today. I got a viagrow 400 switchable ballast, cooltube, hortilux blue mh bulb, 3x3 tent and 4 inch fan and carbon filter.

I plan on growing in soil atleast the first cycle for ease of growing...I have 14 clones that are showing new growth so i assume they have rooted been in soil for 2 weeks and a week in aerocloner before that.

I have the general hydroponics flora 3 part line along with floralicious plus, kool bloom liquid and powder and atami bloombastic. Soil amendments i have are bone meal, blood meal, fish emulsion, aluminum sulfate, and muriate of potash. not sure which of these and what combination i should use....Like i said looking for advice

Not sure if i should throw them all in there as a sog or just run about 4-6 and veg for a while then scrog it.

Any suggestions would be great and would love to hear any thoughts or comments.

so far i have been ending up with a couple of males aswell. My bubba and chem valley kush was male but i got more to pop and try gain.So hopefully out of the remaining pre98 i get 2-3 good females.I already started colectting pollen from both the bubba and the cvk that i will use to seed both the larry og and sour og should b real interesting crosses right there.I think next will be 2 bubba,2 cvk and 2 chem 4 og.I might throw in 2 julius caesers as well

What soil do you plan on using? I would say be careful with those amendments, as you can definitely burn using that stuff.

Never used the gen hydro or atami, but maybe start with those and amend your soil as necessary.

As for sog vs. scrog, both are good. Do you want to lots of small plants or fewer big ones?

Hell yeah buddy, those sound awesome.

I just planted 3 deadhead, 3 grape stomper x og, 3 sour hazy jones, 2 jamaican me crazy (because the first two were male), and a fem blue widow.

Turns out my growing season will stretch into the summer longer than I anticipated, so I started some freshies!

420 posts baby

Hell yeah! Great number right there lol...

Jerry... how do I "like" a thread?

You can't like an entire thread, but on the bottom right of each post (just above signature pane) is a like button for that post.

Here she is...

Wow jerry just stoppin by again to support you. You have some of the best plants I have ever seen. Could you post some cured bud shots I'm interested to see how those sour ogs look cured. And with the cali connection strains how are they on yield. Like if I want enough to get money and have a amazing stash are they competing with some of the strains like white widow and the other connesieur/commercial strains?

Yeah I'm terrible about posting dried/cured bud shots...mostly because I can only get shitty pics of them with my camera. I'm going to try taking pics of some dried buds on the sink (where I take all the other pics) and maybe that will help them turn out better.

I've found both the Sour OG and the Tahoe have potential for medium-high yields, especially the Tahoe as it grows very dense buds. That would be the one I would recommend as a head stash that yields well and has tremendous bag appeal.
