Hey Rolliitup ! So I've been out of the loop for awhile as far as practice. I'm constantly trolling around these sites for info as these communities rock and have been the biggest addition to my knowledge arsenal. So time to do a journal.

I'm using 1 bag VermiFire mixed with 1 bag Roots 707 as my base supersoil(its been bacterial tea'd and cooked for 6 weeks even if it doesn't need it) All the seeds will get put into straight 707 to start and the 6 cell down below is just a organic seed starting mix.

I love to make and use compost tea and am currently experimenting with different formulas. I currently use a basic ACT recipe:
2g water
1c Alaska Humus
1c Big Worm Casting
2 tsp Seaplex
2 tsp Molasses
2 tsp Fish Emulsion

This most recent batch I left out the Fish Emulsion and sub'd dried horsetail as I've heard great things about it adding silica to plants.

Onto the strains:

I popped 5 Darkwood (Deadhead OG x Blood Wreck) and 5 Bogota Breeze(Exodus Cheese x (UKCheese Columbian Gold) these are from a TGA crew memeber who started their own label NorStar. I dont know if they ever gained momentum as I never see the seeds around and its been over a year.

I ended up with 3 of each and the larger ones in the photo are the Darkwood. I tried the 6 cell pack for the Bogota just to see if they would work for space reasons. Growth looks great and I will top the darkwood soon. They've received a few foliars. 1 Aloe+water and a few full strength teas.

Now for Jesus OG! I've always loved TGA seeds and have been following them for years. I'm really happy their doing so well and they truly deserve all the recognition they get. Always healthy seeds. Always dank.

So I'm just showing off a classic seed popping method: Glass dish, paper towels, brown bag, heat mat. I rinsed the seeds in hot water then diluted some seaplex to pour onto the towels.. It's been 18-20 hours and I'm already seeing some tails emerging! FAST FAST FAST

Any questions feel free to post. So glad to be back!

Hey bro,

Thanks for checking my grow out. Yeah I had never seen NorStar before and there was a really good deal on them over a year ago at a dispensary. The packaging was clean and there was finished samples of flowers from the breeder, so I said why not. Too be honest I dont expect much from the genetic lines but there's always a chance there's a keeper...

Jesus OG:

So these all started splitting at around 20 hours and I waited till about 40 hours before I transplanted my first 7. 2 popped around 72 hours then I got one going on its 4th day in the paper towel rig.

Bogota Breeze and Darkwood:

All 3 Darkwood got topped as the 3rd set of true leaves was forming. The BB just aren't getting enough light or air and seem very slow in the 6 cell. I'll probably transplant soon.

I been putting them in the daylight on the deck then bringing them in at night and setting them on a heatpad with the fluro. They dont seem upset. Anyone had a bad experience going in and outside with seedlings?

I learned this from a buddy and it's super simple. Just use a metal hanger as a base and some side cutters and green horticulture wire. It'll fit perfect in those holes once I add the legs.

Thanks for giving my stuff a try, I would love to see some updated pics, and to here how your seedling did in the sun. I've had great luck with seedling in the sun myself as long as they are hardened off a little first. Bogota breeze should finish up early Oct. some will go a bit longer around the 20th or so. The Darkwood has a similar finishing time outdoors some of the Bloodwreck Dom girl may get some crinkled leaves in the sun, buds were still stellar.

You should have a good run with that Jesus OG too, that is the Hell's Angels OG Kush I gave Dioxide she's a lanky bitch but kill on the taste I would think that the JTR would rein in the OG Growth structure a bit.
