It covers growing IF you PPL license expired after Sept 30. Now this is according to Conroy. What will happen if you get a knock on the door, well its possible you'll end up in court and winning but having waster 10's of thousands on a lawyers.

No doctor will sign under NCR so when I first heard this from Conroy I knew it was a nice escape for him. Seriously what doctor will sign under some regulation that most never heard of until Conroy mentioned it.
 
Frustrating isn't it all?...The previous setup MMAR seemed better to me. Thank God the judge preserved that.
Imagine if the injunction didn't work out well for the personal growers. TALK ABOUT A SHORTAGE THEN !!!. At least some folks are still able to get from their own sources and leave more at the LP's for folks who can't. Try adding 25 thousand people to the list of LP's clients and a disaster would have happened if it hasn't already...just plain pitiful.....Thanks Adolph Harptler...way to fuck it up again

The judge only temporarily preserved it for some.
You're right, it would have been a disaster for the LPs and HC if they had to deal with all those patients. They couldn't handle the supply, and then what would have happened?

At one point in time we were on the verge of the courts making it all legal due to serious flaws in the government's regulations. The government was saved by the top pot lawyer Alan Young. Who has since left "advocating" for patients to work with LPs.

Now we have the new MMPR program about to be exposed as a complete failure, and grow about to be opened up for everyone. Again the government gets their ass saved by another top pot lawyer John Conroy.

Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.
 
You don't have to be an investor in an LP if you're a top pot lawyer - the returns are far better on just being hired by them.
I don't care who you are - money talks.

leaffan has done a good job of bringing about a different perspective here. HC needed the injunction even more than MMAR patients needed it. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if they made a deal to get the injunction to buy them time. Not having the injunction would have meant certain defeat for them when yet another system failed.

It's not as complicated as it seems - you just have to remember that John Conroy might be just as shady as everyone else.
 
Someone needs to explain to me how Conroy could have possibly known that the judge would rule,the way he did? I am concerned but I am not going to concede that Conroy isn't on our side. If I remember correctly, he's been fighting this fight for a very long time.
 
How he could have known?
People talk. I know we want to uphold the court system like it's perfect, faultless and free of any dishonesty, but that's not always a reality. If there are lawyers involved and they have a frank discussion about a "win-win" scenario and it goes down that way...

I'm certainly not suggesting this is what happened. Only that it's possible.
I don't know enough about Conroy, but as of late it's seeming pretty sketchy.

$$ talks and bullshit walks. do any of you wealthy patients pay the bill? nope
so with the little $ he actually gets, it goes to others, like judges ect.
he saw $$ in working for the patients, now he sees the judges being baught by tweed/ HC , so he could be also be paid to make mistakes.
if you don't think lawyers work like this, boy oh boy are you silly bastards wrong.
anyone know why a guy busted with 100k in cash, a whole house full of weed and also lbs in bags is let go free? cause they pay there lawyers $50+k
yes a buddy I know has done this in last 5 yrs

And a bunch of peeps on here said we wouldn't get the injunction either, so talk is just that ...talk. The judge could have ruled against us...I don't really see the argument...basically what your saying is the entire system is corrupt.

I hope when all the butt gas above settles that....this is not the case.....
 
In a few of Conroys video he states theres hundreds of cases over this coast to coast, why is Conroys in the spot light? they already raised 150,000$ for the coalition.

I just simply hope we arent getting the wool pulled over our eyes and someone stands up for us without any behind the scenes intentions.
 
Rule of thumb: If you aren't paying someone, they aren't working for you.

Follow the money.
