looks nice man, verry clean...with the temperd lense and the fan, you should be able to get it about 12"-18", maybe closer, all depends but thats a general guess...how them temps lookin in the room? also you should take the 250CFM inline fan from homedepot that is clearly not good enough to cool HID by itself and put it either inbetween the duct and the wall that your exhausting threw in pic 4, or just place it on top of the connecter you have on the blower fan in pic 1, but the 2 fans together should help out alot....also you are now using HID lights which dry soil alot faster than CFL, you will more likely NEED to water daily in those pots...and i mean DAILY to see maximum growth... EDIT: and try to unbend that ducting in pic 1, that degree of bend will take like 40% of your power...

the temps are still around 87-91 i'm still trying to find ways of getting it colder in there, shit for eight now i have the exhaust venting out my door into the living room, they both have shown sex, both females but it's expected from the fem seeds
