How does LEO obtain a warrant from a criminal court to enforce MMMP limits/procedure/practices? At what point does providing a medicinal product to medicinal patients become distributing a Schedule I Narcotic targeted by the "War on Drugs"? Either medicinal marijuana exists as half of the states have now acknowledge by law, or it does not as clearly stated in the century old federal Schedule I Narcotics categorization. It takes a special kind of corruption to play both sides of this fence under the guise of "justice" or "public protection" ...
 
We can't ever point our fingers at someone regarding what Leo claims as the weight confiscated, we all know leo places their fat fist on those scales along with all stems and a few root systems. you know this!

In all seriousness, if you want to be a legal drug dealer, become a doctor. Far more work to get there, but the pay and legal protections are amazing.

People opening these dispensaries are aware of the law, as well as the political climate and are taking a chance. For some the isn't going to work out. Others it just may when the time comes and legalization occurs. No where in the law is this a protected commercial activity. Levels of shits to give in this instance are limited.

Plus when was standing for dispensaries a thing? A. Not legal in Michigan. B. Greedy fucks taking advantage of patients. C. Greedy fucks taking advantage of growers.
Not that cannabis prices should be higher but as a middle man they are taking a good 100+% mark up.

Let me remind folks of something here.

In some parts of the country, we the people are winning the war on drugs (or prove the gov. Loosing ground) Here however, many carry a white flag and call your fellow soilder "idiot" "stupid" dumbass" etc. I understand many of you here are growrrs and provide for you and yours. When however do you keep your opinion in your mouth long enough to encourage a soilder willing to fight where so few are. There is no dollar figure you can out on the worth of his fight. The man behind this op could never make enough to be worth it.. and soon may have nothing persay. (They are going after his kid).

He should be making money. He should be making allot. But he's not. He's awaiting trial.... there is a bottem line here and we all know it. The drug war is wrong. This man said fuck it. He helped patients anyway... I don't care how he did it, don't care what he made off it, I appreciate the stand against an enemy he cannot beat alone! Stand on one side or the other. Your an enemy. Hes an enemy. He choose to fight, our war, his way. I assure you you loose nothing. Ignorant, brilliant what's it matter? Take a bullet for the rest of us and you are bigger than I. Some of us older folk are willing to run ahead of you bucks with a granade in our teeth and one in each hand so to clear a path for you. Sure, we may pay the price, but the only ignorant position is one that suggests we don't know what were up against. Were willing to give it all for you.... if you have no respect to give for those who take up your cause, give up. Medical marijuana patients do not "suffer" if he charges a million dollars a gram, he does. This should be obvious now.
 
ANYONE, who brings light to the matter, good or Bad. Is doing us all a favor. They are bringing it to question. To the dinner table. To the school yard. To the club house. They cannot act in a manner that changes the truth. They can not discredit history. When people are talking about the good, bad, and ugly of the drug war they are at the very least considering it, and talking about it... That, is exactly what has been repressed by those whom continue to wage war. The lights, SHINE ON!
 
Note.. there is a big difference between calling someone "fucking stupid" than saying they deserve being punished.
