i hate junk mail and pointless waste, I once got a letter telling me I under paid something by 13 or so cents. Postage and paper is at least 50 cents lol

What I have found has worked for me is to take all the crap without your name on it from OTHER junkmail (their competitors if you have it), and seal it up and put it in the mailbox.
From my understand, they only pay if it's sent. I could be wrong. I do seem to get less junk mail than I used to.
But at least I pass my annoyance on to someone else. Lol. BTW I know the mailman and he's cool. I buy him a beer or smoke him up when he complains.

bummer is picking out all the damn transparent sheets of plastic though..
between those and the damn fruit stickers...
hah, for years I used to take the junkmail from one company, and send it to the next, and so forth, until it dawned on me that I was spending a good 10-15 mins a week doing that
it always did make me chuckle though.

We get tons of junk mail from that TDS cable company at work. Whenever I empty the trash in the mail room hundreds of their flyers pour out of the trash can, that happens at least once a week and it's the exact same flyer every time.
