Florida narrowly defeated a medical marijuana initiative in the last election. I feel it's only a matter of time, and this decision shows that plenty of Floridians think it's high time, indeed.

If the huge elderly/retiree population of the state understood MMJ's benefits more fully, it would pass in a landslide.

it had nothing to do with the elderly.. it had to do with how much money big pharma is making pushing those pills mainly opiates.

they don't want medical marijuana because opiate use drops ! a ton..

and people want to try different methods.. of pain relief that don't include getting addicted to the point of having to go to rehab or lose everything and end up on heroin .
