Wild bird seed tek and bulk grow. If u can get good mycelium your golden, even if its only like half good u can plant it outside and see what happens, i got a ounce like this once from some half green jars.

Everything only needs to be sterile while you are doing your initial inoculations. If you just bleach your entire work area, and sterilize everything properly. You should be ok. I had great luck my first try when I was only 15. The old "psilocybe fanaticus" methods I used. Did more difficult bulk grow methods in my early 20s. So cheap to cultivate. Unlike my power bill from growing weed indoors.

Try anyway. The point if my tech was in odds. If only one of the jars works you still get plenty.
