Then let the plant grow naturally next time, and train it.

Defoilation is an advanced technique, you need to know what you are doing to use it.

Seriously dude, please don't ever do that to your girls again. The fan leaves collect energy and nutrients and the buds suck the stuff from the leaves...If ur leaves are gone then ur suckin nothin and just screwin up your yield. Just thought I'd leave a quick explanation for ya!

we update my duudes. all these plants are still doing well and alot of the stems in between the main stem and water leafs have push'd out now and thats what i was going for but i now understand that they supply the plant w/energey and help it grow thanks for the tips guys you help alot. :]im sure it'll be ok,. im just going to have to veg the shit outta them,

your plants look good now they came back if you were to cut those leaves durring flower you would have been in bad shape..
