Just harvested and trimmed my first plant. Wtf are these black dots

So my first grow is coming to an end, I harvested the upper half of my plant today and trimmed it, I found all these black dots, a lot more than are showen in the picture, I found a couple catapillers too. Do I have to throw it out?!?

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck is there anything I can do to get that shit out of there before I harvest the rest of it? Put like 1000 lady bugs out or something? Spray it down with something? HELP ME PLEASE!
 
It's called frass. Also known as caterpillar poop. You might get it out by water curing the buds. To prevent it, identify the worm, learn it's life cycle and what has to be done to keep it out of and off of your plants. Save those caterpillars and get some good pictures of them well lit and focused.

There were two different kinds. The normal green catapillars, you know what they look like. And the same look but greyish brown ones as well. I killed all I could find :/
 
Companion planting. marigolds, pyrethrum daisies etc.
Ladybugs are wicked too (you can breed them in the growroom)
I promise you I will help as much as possible if you promise me to stay away from artificial chemicals as much as possible.

What do you do to kill these fuckers? I want to kill them all now before my other 2 plants get fucked with.

Yeah man, I even went for organic soil. I'd much perfer a natural way to chemicles.

Yeah I got catapillar killer from safer, I sprayed lightly so it doesnt seep into the soil and will be killed off once the sun comes up, I sprayed my other plants that are just starting to bud so they don't move over there, I got some neem oil to use later, I'm going to be treating the leaves every two weeks, two days before I put on more neem oil, so they can stay pest free and I can have happy fun times
