Just saw this

I saw this article in a west valley newspaper and took out the following: "Montgomery said he believes all portions of the law are preempted, including the ability of the health department to issue cards entitling those with a doctor’s recommendation to obtain up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana every two weeks. The county attorney said he hopes to get a ruling that would allow him to advise police officers that they are free to arrest those who possess marijuana even if they have a state-issued card." What will he do next, get the list of all patients and start mass arrests, over 30,000?

Impeachable Offenses
According to the US Constitution, "Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors" justify impeachment, although the exact definition of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" is often the subject of debate. Usually, impeachment is reserved for serious offenses and abuses of power, and it is up to the impeaching body to determine whether or not an offense is impeachable. Offenses do not have to violate criminal law in order to be impeachable.

EX.

Blagojevich is the sixteenth governor to be impeached in the US; most, like Blagojevich, under charges of corruption. The most famous accusation against Governor Blagojevich is that he attempted to sell President-elect Barack Obama's vacant US Senate seat to the highest bidder, but other charges against him include conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, solicitation of bribery, and trading official acts for campaign contributions. These accusations also led to Blagojevich's arrest on federal corruption charges in December 2008.

Impeach Brewer, Horne and Montgomery for violating a voter approved law in which Horne's and Brewers signatures are present this is blatant abuse of power.
Im sure an investigation of these officials would lead to a federal indictment...Horne is already under investigation if I am not mistaken. Janice is now padding the medical boards with prescribing doctors who have ties to a compassion club (No doubt she was taking a few bribes along the way....) Brewer was supposedly cashing her criminally insane sons welfare checks while he is in prison... Google the Articles....

You know what else, Obama does not want to get his hands dirty because of the next election, but typically he stands up against Brewer and regardless of this topic being marijuana related, she is in pure violation of the governors duties. Our president should stand up for state and voter rights no matter what the subject.
It is so sick how important elections are to these monkeys.

With the drones coming to AZ skies, the FLIR cameras will expose everyone. I say we set up a tons of indoor grow with vegatables and watch as the PD and state continuously raid peoples homes who have no connection to MMJ. That would set the stage for tons of easily winnable lawsuits against the state. Not to mention, it would display the officials for who they really are, corrupt. Come kick my door down to confiscate my peppers a-holes, just because my house was glowing on a FLIR, BS.

Believe me dude if this state was worth something on the electoral vote system than Obama would be all over it, he gave up on CA and the dispensaries because he knows CA is a lock for the democrats no need to win votes there. God it would be great if this state went to the democrats.

Democracy is a form of government in which all eligible citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives. Ideally, this includes equal (direct or indirect) participation in the proposal, development and passage of legislation into law. It encompasses social, economic and cultural conditions that enable the free and equal practice of political self-determination.

Irie, this ^^^^^ should be the introductory sentence in your petition, lol...

I wish Bill Montgomery, Horne, Humble and Brewer would all read this definition and tell us where their communist plan is derived from, Not from a democracy.
